BO-MC Resources tried also to buy my mineral rights before I got the Letter from Primary that they were going to do an Horizontal well. Thanks again Mr. Barnes.

I can usually tell when “something is up” when I get an offer to buy my minerals. I make a note to pay attention, then throw away the offer since it will be a lowball hunting for an uninformed person! Something better is usually around the corner. Martha

Robert, the Berryman is a horizontal well. The permit depth to the Marmaton is the vertical depth to the base of the zone. The extra length is the horizontal leg which is the “measured depth”. No extra permit needed. From the permit, it estimates the turn at 9116 and then a later of 4123 extra feet. Final true vertical depth estimate is 9760.

George-I would shred it! I looked them up and I would not do business with them.

Thanks for all your help Martha. When I originally bought this interests through an Auction about 6 years ago, I didn’t realize how important it was to be an ORRI owner compared to a RI owner. They surely seem to have a wide range of bopd completions numbers ranging from low 200’s to above 800. I hope they also can see if the other zones are going to be productive.

I am wondering if anything is happening near our mineral land. We leased to Summit Land Co. from 11-'09 to 11-'12. Nothing happened during that time. The land is in Ellis Co and in Section 25-17N-26W. I live in Bixby, OK so never go to that area of the state. I anyone has any information, I would appreciate the comment.

I didn’t see any activities in sec 25-17N-26W. Here is the link for you to check later.

Looking for info on the Lorene wells in 1-20N-26W or 12-20N-26W. Also, Herber 6-20N-25W. Thank you!!

There are 5 wells under section 1 drilled from 12

Does anyone have the ability to find out info on the area, 25 17N 24W as the well was spudded on May16. I would believe the well would have been drilled by now, but have not found a completion report. Thanks

Robert I could find nothing .

Thanks Ron for trying. It’s looks like it has been drilled. Just haven’t found a completion report and Primary won’t release to me any info as I am not a WI person, only a ORRI owner.
