Marie Jenkins was my grandmother who died over 30 years and we were told that her father was the one that had the mineral rights originally. We didn’t know anything about them and the office that contacted us said that they had just found out about our family. I apologize but I don’t have my paperwork with me today so don’t have the details with me but there were 2 numbers listed before the section on the lease that I didn’t know what they referred to.

Debbie Here is the pooling. Do you know any of the names on Exhibit A ?

No, I will have to dig out our family tree book and see if there is anything in there. This is from a side of the family that we lost long ago. I haven’t talked directly with the office that sent us the lease yet but I guess that they would tell me more details. Will do so tomorrow. It’s Hal C Smith & Assoc in Norman, a gentleman named Dave R Wilson.

Does anyone know of any activity around:

Sec.21,Twp 22 North, Rng 25 West

Sec. 23, Twp 22 North, Rng 25 West

Thank You,

Randy Not much going on there in the last year or so . Are you looking for lease info. so you can lease or drilling info.?

My two brothers and myself inherited our mother’s mineral rights after she passed away last December. I know that Chesapeake signed a three year lease in June 2012 with my mom and her siblings. Anyway, all this mineral rights stuff is all new to us so was just wondering if there was any activity in this area. We filed an affidavit in our names with the Ellis county courthouse which they now have on file. Our acreage between the three of us is only 60 acres, so its not very much. So, as to your question, I guess I’m looking for drilling information. Thank You.

Randy There is not much going on.

Berryman 2-25H spud May 16, 2013. Is that the one you want?

http://www.occpermit.com/WellBrowse/Home.aspx Type in your info and easy to search any well.

Yes it is the Berryman 2-25H. I call Primary Petroleun but since I was not a working owner, only a Royality owner, they wouldn’t give me any info. I thank you for your quick response.

Does anyone have the ability to ckeck in Sec 25 17N 24W to see if their is any drilling going on? From the little info I have, they should have started drilling a few months ago.

Does anyone have an estimate on a time frame to drill a 14K foot well in this area? Thanks again to M Barnes for your help in such a short time frame for getting the drilling spud date for me.

Spud to test date should be about 4-5 months. Getting public knowledge of the test takes about another month or so. Just estimates. Spud to seeing your first royalty check is about a year or so. They hold the first six months or so of production for the first check.

Depends upon the company doing the drilling. A lot of them post their drilling times in the quarterly investor reports.

Unfortunatly this is a private company. Most likely won’t know anything until the check arrives or they file a completion report. I looked at their permit and it is valid down to 9760 Marmaton zone. Since they are drilling to 14100, do they have to amend they request to the OK Oil & Gas Commission if they hit a lower zone after the 9760?

received another offer to purchase my mineral rights along with a check for $250 from cobra petroleum in texas.they just will not give up.
