Franklin They have some nice wells in 18n-24w . in your new lease ask for a depth clause , and take out the part about deductions for the cost of delivering, processing, compressing, transporting. How many acres do you have ?

40ac

That is hard to say what it will end up at this point. I have an interest in Grady Co. that the section next to it has 6 wells. My interest has one.

Franklin They had a pooling order in section 10 19n-23w and they were ordered to offer $1600 for 1/8th, 1500 for 3/16, 1000 for a 1/5th or no cash &1/4th .They drilled a well, July to Oct. did 5,931 BO & 9,427 MCF . There is a lot going on in 18n-24w. In one pooling I found they were ordered to offer $1700 for 1/8th ,1600 for 3/16th , 1000 for 1/5th or no cash and 1/4th .Then they got some great wells , they have one in section 4 that from March to Nov. did 50,559 BO & 125,592 MCF of gas That is a very good well and there are other good ones. That one has already paid for the drilling. That is the kind to have a working interest in . It looks like they may be working your way.

My lease with EOG dated 12 April, was three years and seems to expire in about a month. It is Sec32 T19N R23W I’ve had no word on renewals or action. This township doesn’t seem to have a lot of action. Should i just wait or is there anyway to be more pro-active?

Thanks Ron. I will try to be patient. lol
