Hi all I have a lease expiring in Sec 31 18N 24N and was wondering if anyone besides Apache & Peregrine is currently leasing in this area. Also does anyone know what one should expect a lease to go for in this area? Any recent Pooling orders near this section? Thanks in advance - Bob
Bob, Peregrine got a pooling order yesterday for 2900 + 1/8 or 2800 + 3/16 in Section 30 to the north. Also Apache got a pooling order in 36-18N-25W back in July for 2900 + 1/8, 2800 + 3/16, 2250 + 1/5 or no cash and 22.5%. You may check in with LeNorman, Enervest and Fourpoint as well.

I’ve recently found out my sister and I own mineral rights in Ellis Co. We received a copy of application that is from Mewbourne Oil Company filed in Oklahoma to start drilling in Section 10 Township 18 North Range 25 West. Filed on July 11, 2014. Just wondering if there is activity in that section yet??
