How does someone go about finding out where the wells actually are? I have well numbers, (from my tax bills) but no idea where they would actually be located. Iāve heard thereās a website that you can put the well number in and it will locate it?

Hi Mr. Kennedy, Thank goodness they were not modifications. Hope to get in touch with the landman tomorrow and find out why. One thing I do know is that there were 10 wells planned on that pad and only the 4 was cancelled so far.

Cancellations. I talked to the land man this morning about the cancellations, he told me that they were not cancelled but delayed until next year February or April. So I will keep my fingers crossed. I still donāt understand why Antero issued another permit saying CANCELLED, BUT WHO AM I TO QUESTION.

Since when is there a West Union office? I live there and havenāt heard of that. And the Bridgeport office as well as the Ellenboro I DO NOT trust. Both offices have lied and I caught them up in it. So it cost them more % and $!!
I deal with the public on a daily basis. Not sure where you get off saying Iām hard-headed. I just stated the facts with Antero. What I have dealt with. They say one thing and make it on paper something different unless what youāre getting is what they wanted in the first place. Now when itās more than they want to give, they will say ok but change the wording. Been there and done it and have it in writing to prove it. I wonāt let Antero BS me. I hate liars!!! DT, The landman that I talked to works directly with Antero. He does not deal with leases, he works in the field (West Union) area and deals with the crews that are doing the production. He also says that they have two meetings a week and will advise me of changes. His office is in West Union and thatās where he is living. He is another product of the office in Bridgeport, and I have found that I can trust the ones from Bridgeport.
Glad all your dealings with Antero have been great. Itās one thing for Antero to agree to one thing then the lease comes and itās changed. A word here or there changes everything. Also just wanted to say IF Antero has been so great. What is the best they have paid you? I can honestly say 20% gross and $4000.00 per acre. And this I have done all the work. My lawyer just did the wording. Plus I have a depth clause.

Has anyone actually received any royalties from Antero for Dodgeride County? I have called and this girl called me back and I really have no idea what she said but she said she was working on a distribution letter. Thanks if anyone knows anything.
