Is this positive news? It was done a year ago. How long does a company have to report test completions.

A lot of these producers never report their initial production tests. I personally know of 1 producer here in Texas that says it is no ones business what his well test reveal. Why aren't they fined for not honest reporting? I pull up completion reports all the time and they are 'BLANK'. No numbers what so ever. So, i guess we're lucky that we get any reports at all and are they truthful reports??? We're talking about the honesty of 'Oil/Gas Companies'.
