Just heard news they turned a test well into a production well. Is this a good sign that they are on to something? If so, what should be their next step? Is there a way to find out how much they are pumping?

I don’t know about production information. It can usually be found on the state’s oil and gas commission site. Here is the press release Encana put out a couple of months ago.
