i am curious about other peoples leases in Greene County with CNX or rather how things have been going since a lease was signed. I recently signed with CNX & should be receiving a Bonus around the 1st of March 2022. This is the first time I have done a lease & I read up on everything but not sure if I covered everything but think I did. Being new to this I would like to know how others have done dealing with CNX & even better if their lease is in the Richhill, Greene County area.
Personally I like CNX. They seem to get higher prices than EQT and payments have always shown up on time plus they didn’t give me a real hard time about changes I wanted in the original lease. They do well in Richhill.
