Beaver County, OK - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Nothing I could find in 13. Some on the west side 2n-24e

I just did a study for a mineral owner in 3 & 4N 20-21E that may draw some attention to leasing if you are not HBP. Sections 12, 13 3N 21E look prospective so don't jump too soon.

Gary and Ron, Thank you for your responses. I am really not well informed about any of this stuff. I have inherited mineral rights that are currently in production. Do you think that they will do any horizontal drilling in my section. If you have already answered this question, I am sorry I just really am not well informed and I am trying to learn. I am not interested in selling my rights but I am curious if they have any potential.

Gary,

My mineral rights are held in production by Kaiser. What do you mean by "Sections 12, 13 3N 21E look prospective so don't jump too soon."? I have inherited these mineral rights and I am trying to educate myself. Sorry if these are dumb questions

Mary,

I've managed mineral right for over 35 years. I just did a study for a client in Beaver County and found an interesting development. I'm merely alerting other members of the location of the geologic potential I found. It is a legal description of the area. I don't believe it is your Section 13 from your postings and answers received. You said your section is in 2N, 24 E

15 + miles away. (From Mendota to St. Louis Park where I once lived)

Keep working at your education. You will get it. I've been doing this for a long long time with professional degrees to rely on. I learn more every day.

Gary,

Thank you for your quick and informative response. I was a teacher so I know that I am not too old to learn! It just seems harder! (Ha!)

Thank you for your response. Can you tell me if any of these producing wells is close to Section 13, Township 2N, Range 24, East of Cimarron Meridan?

Ron,

Thank you so much! It does help a great deal.

HI Michael

I just saw your response and wanted to thank you. My mom was Doris Tatum and I have taken over her responsibilities. I appreciate everyone's help and info. Been following too many counties. But thank you for taking the time.

Can anyone tell me any way to find out if we can lease our 20acres on NE/4 of section 28-IN-23E.C.M (Beaver County) or to find out who may have some interest?

Carla I could find no lease in your name ,or any production in this section . There has been no leasing in you section after June 2011.

Thanks for replying Ron, The lease is probably still in my husband's grandmother's name (Maggie Park) deceased; her part left to her from her parents Westasa and Tensie Hill. I was just wondering if anything was going on over there. From your response it looks like "no". From Maggie's records looks like it hasn't been leased since 1982. I do appreciate your time.
