Has anyone in Marion County had any dealings with Arsenal Resources or Mar Key LLC? If so, good or bad?
@DebbieSS Arsenal is a smaller independent drilling operator; they have drilled many units in Taylor, Harrison, and Barbour Counties, WV. They have also filed for bankruptcy twice. Be cautious about the lease bonus on the payment schedule. I’m pretty sure they pay your lease bonus in 270 days, which is unusual compared to other operators that pay within 90 to 120 days of the Order of Payment.
Thanks so much. I’ve been a little skeptical about it because of the low name recognition. I also saw where they’ve twice declared bankruptcy. I appreciate any information I can get.
