I signed a lease with Noble Energy in Doddridge County, West Union. All I ever read about is Antero Energy. Has anyone else here signed with Noble in Doddridge, West Union? Looking for any update on progress there.
Richard, I have signed a lease with Noble (CNX). It was an Amendment and Ratification Oil & Gas Lease where I was the lessor under an old Gas lease dated Oct 19, 1908. It is located in West Union District, Map 8, consisting of 200 total acres, Map 8, and several partials. I do know that Noble is drilling several partials near and around the partials mentioned above. You can do as I do and check the Weekly Report that will show permits issued by County.
Yes I signed with Noble Energy my well is on off Arnolds Creek Road. We started getting the checks from them in October. and NOW they have started to drill the second pad, so I am very happy with them.
The two that they NOBLE has and are drilling for sure, because I own royalties off of them now. The Oxford 1 I am currently getting royalty checks and the Oxford 97 they have just started this MONTH. This is off Sunnyside exit on Rt. 50 and is also off Arnolds Creek, so YES they are drilling and have drilled. Hope this helps.

Yes I have royalties now from Noble drilled over a year ago, getting checks now. ALSO Noble has started my second pad and both of these are off Rt. 50 at Arnolds Creek and Sunnyside, so yes they are moving along. Hope this helps.
Katrina, I signed with Noble 6 months ago. To get SOME kind of idea could you answer this question… I have 6.66 acres in Doddridge that I have 16% with no deductions. How much money per acre do you think I’ll get per month? 100-200 per acre per month? 500 per acre per month?? I have NO idea. Any number?? Yes, I know there are many variables, just want some kind of number.
I would have to look at my lease or ask my brother or even look at the check stubs, but I believe we are at 25 acres 15% NO DEDUCTIONS, and our first check was 17,000. Thanks and hope that helps some.
