A company (it wasn’t antero) approached the land owner of a farm owner out pullman way about nine months ago, said they wanted to drill lateral on a portion of the farm i have mineral rights to, the company never got back in touch. I’ve been told that now the occupant can hear drilling several miles away, I’m hoping we might be approached again soon.

Maybe HG. They are in the general area. Anyway do you know about the West Virginia Office of Oil and Gas website and their interactive map? Database Information is the part of the database where you can see the topics. On the left, see “Database and Map Search” then below that “Oil and Gas Database” . To find the Pullman area, I see that the following well is almost directly in the town. “85-09304”. Don’t know much specifically about that well but it seems to be from the 2000s not really recent. The company that wants to drill needs some time to gather leases. Maybe will come soon. Anyway explore that map and the database. If you go back to the “Database and Map Search” then to “Search Oil and Gas Database” then “Search Oil and Gas Permits” and put in the number in the form (using as example) “4708509304” you can see who is the operator of the well, etc. and if the well is just in the permit stage, you can see other information.
