I believe Chesapeake is so backed up they will not drill until the last year of your lease. At least that is the case with us and we are 2 miles west of you .
Any suggestions for the best source of mapping the activity in a given area?

I’m trying to decide whether or not to sell some rights in Alfalfa county (26 29n 9w). There is a well (German 1h) but I can’t seem to find any figures for it. And not real sure how to interpret them if I knew the numbers. Any help would be appreciated. Tks Jim

I think you can get gas but oil is harder . I have a website I pay for.
Wells close to the ne Cherokee unit which my family has interest in several sections 19 27n10w 23 27n 11w 24 27n 11w, 21 27n 10w. I know there has been some good wells close but not sure how good
There is a German 1-36H that has averaged about 50 BOD and 450MCFD of gas . There are other good wells in 29n-9w but you are close to some sections in 29n-8w, 28n-9w, and 28n -8w , so they need to be checked for wells also. How much are you thinking about selling . I’ll do some looking later today.
Ron, How did you get the figures for that. All I can get is the initial production numbers. Is there a way to get ongoing production from the OCC?
