My Brother and I had signed a lease back in 2012 with Acres 4 you aka 5 Star Land group.I never received anything. When I had phoned the owner Jim Milleson he told me Antero had purchased .
Upon contacting Antero they said not true, Who is not telling the truth?
You will have to examine the County clerk’s records for Tyler county to see if the lease was assigned. You can find the clerk’s records by googling Tyler county WV, idx. The IDX is the search tool for the county clerks records.
Are you receiving any revenue? If not, I suspect the lease has expired by its own terms
No revenue that I had received.
