Thank you for the information and Jim did contact me. We are working on a possible lease deal but I am not sure if it is good:
$200 per acre with 4+2 and 1/5 royalty.
I wanted 1/4 royalty but that apparently is not an option so with that said, should I ask for more per acre since the lease would be 4 versus 3 and 1/5 versus 1/4?
Jim is going to get back with me either today or Monday.
