When will Expand have to report the production on the Yancy Well?
Production on Tx RRC is normally two months behind actual. Expand will have the ability to delay sending any production reports to the state for public consumption - normal operating procedure for many operators in “new” or step out areas.
Delays in reporting allow them to clean up acreage in area if needed.

Expand must file sales volumes and revenues with TX Comptroller and pay severance taxes, whether or not it is reporting to RRC. I think those reports are due 2 months after the sales. Use the permit number on TX CONG site.
