XTO Error in Division Order from Denbury

Hello,

I just resolved a issue with XTO from December 2012 were they acquired Denbury and added the working interest from my lessor and made me the lessor and started sending me AFEs and Joint Billing Revenue Checks. They are going to reverse and rebook for the error from December 2012.

I didn't ask but I'm just curious are they going to ask me to pay back for the incorrect royalty since it has been adjusted downwards. (They mentioned it would take 3-4 weeks to update my Division Order)?

Lisa, it's that or you won't be seeing a check for quite awhile. If they significantly overpaid you, you may have lost a little in taxes.
