XTO Brewster 1-32 H 29

I would very much appreciate it if someone could tell me if XTO still owns the Brewster 1-32 H 29 well, which is at SW1/4 NE1/4 Sec 29 7S 2E. The royalty checks quit coming earlier this year. Calling them is painful.

They are still listed as operator as of August 2025. Contact the Royaty owners department. Were your royalties close to your minimum of $100 or $25? If so, they may hold royalties until they build up enough to meet the minimum again.

You would have to have mineral rights within section 29 to receive revenue from the Brewster well. The well has a surface location in 32, but the perforations are in 29.
