FYI all/update on activity. An application to drill has been made by XTO. Still new at this but it appears from the copy of the application I received to be a horizontal multi-unit well with a surface location of S12, 220’ from the north line and 1,056’ from the west line of the Section. Also a ‘completion interval’ in the SE1/4 of S1/8S2E and another in S36/7S2E "to produce hydrocarbons from the Woodford targeted reservoir at a depth of 28,039’ with approx. 50% of the completion interval in S1/8S2E and 50% in S36/7S2E. This is coupled with a request for 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit. This should affect any lease bonuses being offered in the immediate area.
