Through this forum I was directed to the website of The Wyoming Oil and Gas commission. It shows where specific areas have been permitted for wells. My family owns rights in Converse county that had a well permit application hearing back in May. I’ve never heard if the permits were approved and the map on the WOaG commission website doesn’t show our area being permitted. My questions are - 1. How often is that map on the website updated? 2. How can I find out if the permits were approved? Thanks in advance!
You should be able to go to the WOGCC site and open the permit application (APD) and see if it is approved or denied. You can use the legal description in the Data section under wells to get to the APD
