Woodway Bluebonnet Pipeline that runs through Fayette County was to be replaced in 2023. A new pipeline was installed but as of early 2025 the existing pipeline was still being used. How can I determine if the original pipeline was decommissioned and when? Woodway’s website suggests the new pipeline was an expansion project, not a replacement project. However, when they contacted me to inform me of the project, Woodway promoted it as a replacement project. Their lease agreement is specific to one pipeline only.
