I had a lease with Chesapeake for some acreage in 9-26N-14W. It has recently expired. It seems that CHK had filed alot of paperwork for them not to renew the lease. Is it harder to lease acreage that has had a previous lease on it with no producing well? Where should I start looking for a new leasor? Any help would be appreciated.

The above is leasing around you. In the pooling orders they are offering something like 1,000 for 3/16 , 750 for 1/5 or no cash and 1/4 .You need a depth clause , and no deduction clause to start with.
