I was wondering if any member has had any dealings with Chesapeake Exploration, LLC, an underling company of Chesapeake Energy? I’ve read posts on this board about the CEO bragging about flipping leases for profit. I’m currently in negotiations with Continental Land Resources on behalf of Chesapeake Exploration for $600/net acre bonus with 3/16 royalty. I’m wondering what my lease is really worth as I’m thinking that Chesapeake is only attempting to lease me so they can flip it for profit. Any comments would be appreciated.
