Does anyone know of any drilling in Kirtley area right now. If so how much are the signing bonus per acre going for? Any advice would help.
This is in the "in between area" for the Eagle Ford plays that are taking place in Burleson / Lee County (NE) and Fayette / Lavaca / Gonzales Co area (SW).
Some Austin Chalk drilling south of this area plus some Taylor Sand horizontals in far SW Lee County.
No idea on lease bonus terms but suggest you check out other Fayette Co mineral rights blogs - I believe that I saw some info on leasing in the county.
