Wilbarger County, TX - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Cabot is working some of that territory NE of Vernon, too. They should have a test well already operating in that direction, but I haven't seen any production reports from it yet. My family owns mineral rights in that direction and has leased those rights to Cabot, so I'm eager to see what becomes of it all.

Seismograph crews are working east of where they worked before.

I was wondering if Anschutz has renewed any leases in the last month or two?

There used to be a place on this website that provided a link to recent permits granted, info about those permits, etc. Have not been able to find that information lately, anybody know if those links are still available and if so where I can find them?

Dan,

This may be the link that you are searching for.

Has anyone had any dealing with Dry Fork Production Co., LLC out of Wichita Falls? They have contacted me about a lease and I am just curious about them.

They are listed in this Texas Oil and Gas Directory. Apparently they are legit.

Clint,

Thank you for looking them up.

anyone look at future potential for drilling on old Waggoner Ranch? Deeper Caddo Prospects? New horizontal?

The following is a sponsored (paid) promotional notice:

If you own minerals in Texas or New Mexico, consider attending the NARO – Texas convention in San Antonio July 18-20, 2018. They have a great agenda, good speakers, and the cost is reasonable. This year also includes a special session for New Mexico mineral owners. The current agenda draft is attached, and a link to their signup and information page is http://www.naro-us.org/event-2824234
