Why am I receiving so many purchase offers now that the price of oil is so low. Have minerals West and Southwest of OKC, and Continental is making a play out there; but, I haven't seen so many purchase offers in years past on other plays around the state.
I am thinking there are groups thinking they can pick of some minerals cheap ?

I would agree with your thinking.
These people would steal the pennies off a dead man's eyes. Their offers should go straight into the shredder. But on the other hand, no body steals worthless property. As long as you get these offers, you know you have something of worth.
Hang in there. The best place for your minerals now is in the ground.
