Regarding: NE/4 of Section 25 in T(16) N of range 10 Blaine County
We have been getting paid royalties on this property off 8 wells (directional drilling) and with the price of oil going up our check this month was almost 1/3 of what it has been, was just wondering if there is any reason for it to be pumping less oil in that area.

Chances are your revenue check is for February production. If that is the case, many wells were shut-in for a week in February due to the big freeze. The well heads actually froze in many places.
Other than that, these horizontal wells decline quickly and that can be a cause.
