When you say “proven”, do you mean that it is already producing oil and gas? If so, then it may not be open for leasing.
I’m a bit private. Please feel free to contact me directly. You seem to be pretty heavily involved in business. I’m not sure if you’re offering a service or are just an active member on the board. No, the only wells on the property right now are plugged. There are no producing wells. The land is all open and ready to be leased. It has performed very well in the past.
