When you say “proven”, do you mean that it is already producing oil and gas? If so, then it may not be open for leasing.
I’m a bit private. Please feel free to contact me directly. You seem to be pretty heavily involved in business. I’m not sure if you’re offering a service or are just an active member on the board. No, the only wells on the property right now are plugged. There are no producing wells. The land is all open and ready to be leased. It has performed very well in the past.
I do not buy or sell. If your contact information and description of acreage are properly filed at the county courthouse, then the land men will find you if they are interested. Just couldn’t answer the question with the posted parameters since leasing is local. Respect your privacy!
