You can find it at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission well records site. Test use 1815N06W in the location box. For anything in the NE4, you look at the list of wells in the Legal_Location column. NE would be on the far right if a well was spud there. However, the spacing for a well may include more acreage.
Also, look in section 7 for the surface location of the horizontal well that goes through 18 & 19. You are looking for the Bliase 1H-18X well by Newfield.
Information on the production is found on the OK tax site. Gross Production Look in section 18 for the old vertical wells and also in 19 for the Blaise well.
