Who is leasing in or around Grayson County,Tx

Curious in companies interested in leasing minerals rights in Grayson County Tx. Have several large tracts not leased at current time 7-1-11. All help appreciated. Thanks, Diana Echols

Hi Diana. I live in Grayson County on a small ranch (70 acres) that are currently leased. I am also a semi-retired petroleum reservoir engineer and still do some work for a few clients. One of the clients recently negotiated the buy out of certain leases located in Grayson County. If you can tell me the approximate location of your acreage, then I will pass this information along to any interested parties including any of the companies that I presently consult with in my PE work.

Thanks Tom for a reply on mineral leases in Grayson County. The location for our mineral rights are located in the C.Nolen Survey 160 ac.,W.C.Wilson Survey 91.8 ac.,WMB Blundell survey, D. Wilson survey, Rubio survey. My mailing address is 200 College Street, Howe,Tx. 75459 These surveys are commonly found with "Umphress" name.(deceased Parents)
