From RRC’s map it looks like the Powell Unit that was formed by Eagle Valley Development. Don’t know who the drilling company is.

It’s a 1,194-acre unit and the permit they recently got approved was for an Austin Chalk well with a horizontal leg 8,500 feet long extending north from that well site in your picture up to the Brazos River.
