OK from grandparent to my dad and his brothers to my mom, then to us. Now my two uncles have passed no children do we get those share?

You would. Get a disinterested third party to file affidavit for each uncle and parent. Someone who knows the family member that would not benefit from the royalties. Maybe a friend of the family or even one of you or your siblings’ spouses.
Were your uncles married, if so did they pre-decease their wives?
