Nathan, White Star bought wells from Devon in an area where they want to concentrate development. It's getting very hard for companies to spread their drilling operations out into areas where they do not have controlling acreage. Another company may want your area. Also, new technology uses waterless fracking with CO2, but the CO2 infrastructure is not in place yet.
