How do you know what wells you will get royalty off of? are they the ones around you? or are they all of the ones in your "pooled unit"? any help would be appreciated. We are in guernsey county, salesville, ohio.

You should be receiving royalties on wells in the spacing unit where your minerals are located. Of course your royalty will be based on your net mineral acres, size of the spacing unit and your % royalty. You will have to refer to the terms of your lease regarding transportation charges, etc.
You will get royalties off of the ones that are in production and pertain to proration units in which your interest is included. The "ones around you" may or may not be in a proration unit that includes your interest.
