Which states have a Dormant Mineral Statute/Act in place?

Which states have a dormant mineral statute/act in place? I’m specifically interested in whether or not Mississippi has this, but really a full list would be very helpful.

I am aware that Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Louisiana, Indiana, Maryland, North Dakota, South Dakota, California, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma?, Oregon and Washington have some form of a dormant mineral act.

Oklahoma does not have a dormant mineral act.

I have seen a list, but, of course, I can’t find it now. Based on what I know, I think you’ve hit all the ones I’m aware of.
