My family has minerals in Cass county and we were offered a Brine lease for a 15 year term and bonus and royalty that seems low. Trying to educate myself on all of this and hoping the hype is real! Has anyone been offered a brine lease by Standard Lithium? Would like to know what their form looks like and if their royalty and bonus is the way to go. We haven’t been contacted by them as of yet, but I think from what I can tell and speaking with some friends in the area, our minerals would probably be in their target area. Any help is much appreciated.
