I should have rephrased the question: What does the term ‘Warranty Deed’ mean? What action does it describe? Correct me if I’m incorrect, this transaction effectively tells me that some tract of land/mineral rights have been assigned/given to another party?
When I searched the database, it listed ‘Warranty Deed’ as a transaction…
