I should have rephrased the question; What does the term: 'Warranty Deed' mean??? What action does it describe??? Correct me if I'm incorrect, this transaction effectively tells me that some tract of land/mineral rights have been assigned/given to another party???
When I searched the data base, it listed 'Warranty Deed' as a transaction...
