MCF stands for a Thousand Cubic Feet. “M” is the Roman numeral for one thousand. MCF is the measurement for natural gas. MMCF would be a million cubic feet. Every gas well produces at a different rate every minute of every day. Your revenue check stub should set out how many barrels of oil or MCF of gas are sold for the month along with prices for the products.
