The terms of a 5-years paid-up lease do not specify the due date for payment. The effective date is Nov 10, 2020. When is the first rental payment due?
Most leases these days have rentals that are paid up.
The payment is the bonus payment you received. It was for all five years “paid up” front. Very rare to have a rental payment these days. That is why the lease says “Paid-up” at the top.
