My family and I are being sued for our severed oil rights. I would like to know if there are other court cases in which the owners of severed oil rights were successful in defending their oil rights by citing the decision in the Wheelock versus Heath. The Nebraska Supreme Court found in favor of the defendant. Heath being the defendant and Wheelock the surface landowner.
