I have mineral rights in Rosebud County Montana. How do I find out what they are worth? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of years ago, I evaluated the minerals potential for a family with acreage in Rosebud County for insurance purposes. At the time there were was some leasing activity and permitting activity in the NW corner that extended into Treasury County on a trend that wold go back into Rosebud. the rest of the county looked pretty sparse for oil and gas development.
As alway, location is 95% of the value of non-producing minerals. I'll send you a PM request. You may want to provide me the legal locations so I can give you some idea of value.
