I have mineral rights in Rosebud County Montana. How do I find out what they are worth? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of years ago, I evaluated the minerals potential for a family with acreage in Rosebud County for insurance purposes. At the time there was some leasing activity and permitting activity in the NW corner that extended into Treasure County on a trend that would go back into Rosebud. The rest of the county looked pretty sparse for oil and gas development.
As always, location is 95% of the value of non-producing minerals. I’ll send you a PM request. You may want to provide me the legal locations so I can give you some idea of value.
