Hello, we are mineral owners for 10 or so wells in Richland Co, Montana. Currently, Whiting Oil has been drilling there, but now Kraken Oil is wanting to do so. What would you recommend we ask for in regards to the lease amount, percentage, should we require a PUGH, etc. We need all the specifics before we take to the Landman from JBLS Montana.
