Anyone have any idea of the price per rod for above ground pipeline, supposedly for a one year lease? Went through this a couple of years ago, but memory fails me and I know that prices are probably different in this age. Anyone with any information will be appreciated.

I have seen others suggest using the Texas University Land Board’s figures.
Go to: http://www.utlands.utsystem.edu/
In the center column find the link to their Rate & Damage Schedule. Their figures are probably going to be the top dollar you can expect to receive and the companies are probably all familiar with them.
