We have 216 nma in Dimmit Co., TX and 60 nma in Atascosa Co. , TX and I’m looking for advice on how to get them moved at a fair price. Thank you.
Blake:
There is a website that posts minerals for sale. This website is : mineral hub . You can google that and see if it fits your situation.
Blake;
Have you thought about asking the surface owner ?(if you are not the surface owner also) Sometimes they are very happy to have an oppurtunity to recover the minerals to go with their land and will offer a fair price. Easy to find the owner, just check at the county courthouse to see who is paying the taxes and/or check the recorder to who has the last deed to the property.
Charles, they charge 7.5%.
Dennis, we hold notes on surface so it's not a likely scenario.
Thanks...keep 'em coming.

I was contacted several times by a company named "Dale Resources,LLC" in regards to purchasing minerals. This was in regard to minerals we own in the Williston Basin, ND. The company is located in Texas and their phone number is: (214) 979-9010. Two names in the letter were: Stephen Abney and Jack Newman. You might want to contact them for a starting point.

Both places are leased, but neither have drilled yet…so no production in past 25 years or so. Thanks.
I buy mineral rights in the Bakken and other parts of North Dakota also but very few unsolicited mail offers to purchase offer a very good price for minerals. Texas is a different critter so they may not even buy in Texas. Mineral Hub does charge but you’ll get exposure to many buyers. The other places that sell minerals charge you 10%. Unless it is goat pasture, a mineral buyer will normally pay more than the surface owner, I buy minerals at a lot of auctions.
Talk to Ethan House at Energy Net. They have over 15,000 qualified buyers at all times. www.energynet.com. You can email me for Ethan’s direct contact info.
They only charge 10% and around 6 weeks to complete.
I may be interested in them. You can email me mawhisenhunt@gmail.com
FYI, Blake is mistaken about the Mineral Hub charging 7.5%. They don't charge anything to sellers that sell through them. They charge the buyers.

As a seller with them It can take 3 months from start till you get paid and the buyer has I believe 3 months after purchase to come back with title issues and can pull the deal and get a refund if there are title issues. They charge 10% on sales 100k or less. One sale I did as a seller was a nightmare and a purchase was one of bad title where they sold more than they owned so beware as buyer or seller.
