We have minerals in sections 1 and 2 T13N R19W There are existing wells McLaughlin #1-2, Frazier #1-2. There is also a Smith #1 well but that one is never mentioned. We first received a notice of Nadel and Gussman, and Vogel Exploration, LLC wanting relief for horizonal drilling and spacing units. Then Saturday we received something for the same section with Rockies Resources Holding as the applicant for horizontal well drilling relief. Can anyone clarify what this all means to me?
