Hello Ward County Group, Thought I would ask any of you to help understand what might be happening in Ward Co. these days. I just received an offer from a company called One Map Mineral Services, LLC for my Lowe, Ralph Estate and Ralph Lowe Estate 77. While these 2 parcels are not huge the offer is one of the biggest. So what might be going on down there in that county, lot’s of fracking or new wells popping? Let me know if you got an idea, many thanks! Kelly
We have interests in Ward and Reeves. Surface and Mineral. 2017 was extremely busy in Reeves for both. 2018 slowed way down regarding surface in Reeves and Ward was quiet overall. 2019 has shown Ward heating up surface wise. Within the last couple of weeks a landman told us that Ward is about to be busy, busy busy.
