What is considered the going rate for royalties on an oil lease

I am one of the new guys here. I just found out my grandfather had mineral rights from almost 100 years ago. Is a good royalty rate (if I decide to go ahead and lease) 20 - 25%? I believe the land is in Brazoria County. Just wondering what the current "going rate" is.
