I've had an abstractor working on a report since June. It is a very complicated mess that is going back to 1850. Antero actually told me they had been working on it in the past but gave up and are willing to accept any certified title opinion. It is with a lawyer now to certify but he's had it for more than a month now.
Apparently, another member of my family has gone about doing this as well and the reports are being sent in. I have no access to this report. What happens if the two opinions conflict in some way? Thanks.
