When we call the operators (EXCO, Comsec, & Deversified) they don’t want to send us past invoices and wont give us information concerning what we have. Any help is greatly appreciated. Looks like you have production from different formations on your tract. Most definitely have Haynesville production along with what I would assume is shallower conventional production from Diversified. Happy to answer more questions if this is helpful.
DeSoto Parish has a pay as you go website for property record research. Exco and possibly Diversified are part of the Energylink system, so you can get the last 24 months check payment details. If your Mother is not part of EnergyLink, then sign up and provide the last check amount from a company and her owner number. It will take a few days for that to populate on Energylink. Good luck.
