Call Camino (if that is the name of the applicant) and ask them why they dismissed the matter. They may or may not be willing to discuss.
I did call Camino and left a message which was to be directed to whomever. The person I spoke with did not know, of course, if they could discuss this with me. I left my email address but have not heard anything.
Depends on what was dismissed. May have been the protests. The permits to drill were approved on 9/19/2023. This is a good geological and commercial area for development.
